Estate Administration Request Form

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR AN ESTATE ADMINISTRATION TRANSACTION

Step #1: You will need to complete the form below and provide us with the portions of the Trust which show who the Successor Trustee(s) is/are and who the Beneficiary(ies) is/are. We will also need copies of the Death Certificate(s) for the deceased Trustee(s).

Step #2: An order will be placed with an IN A PINCH representative for the documents needed for the transfer. Fees for same are posted on our website (See Fee Page).

Step #3: IN A PINCH Document Preparation Services will have your documents prepared and ready for signing within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

NOTE: If you are distributing an estate to the Beneficiary(ies) of a Trust, the subject property(ies) may be subject to reassessment. If you believe the property is exempt from a property tax reassessment, it is your responsibility to file the necessary forms for exemption directly with the Property Tax Assessor. If any of the Beneficiaries are married, community property interest will need to be addressed (this will be discussed with the LDA prior to placing your order).

Lastly, IN A PINCH files the title work ONLY. We do not send out Beneficiary Notices, prepare final tax returns, or any other items necessary for full dispersant.
