Note and Deed of Trust Request Form

The form below will assist us in efficiently taking care of your request for a Note and Deed of Trust, whether this be for a private-party lender or a Seller-Carryback. The steps for the preparation of the Note and Deed of Trust are as follows:

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE NOTE AND DEED OF TRUST

Step #1:  Escrow will complete an online request

Step #2:   We collect payment by credit card from the party paying for the service

                 (we do not get paid through escrow) –  The fee for the preparation of the Note

                 and Deed of Trust is $395.00

Step #3:  We contact the Seller/Lender to place an online order with one of our staff 

Step #4:   Documents are issued to the Seller/Lender for their electronic approval within

                  24 hours of order placement

Step #5:  Once approved by Seller/Lender, documents are issued directly to escrow for

                 use through their file – they will handle obtaining recording instructions, signing

                 & notarizing of the documents, recording and everything else going forward
